Residential Services Coordinator
This position is responsible for the coordination and oversight of two 24-hour sites. The Service Coordinator’s role is to learn what goals are most important to the individuals served by HCI and then organize resources and coordinate the services and supports that will facilitate those goals. The Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the assigned 24-hour Sites and supervision of the 24-Hour staff to assure their performance directly relates to the personal outcome of the individuals served.
BA degree in education, social work, or other related field; or a high school diploma and two years direct experience in a MH/ID/DD facility. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Community Support Specialist (Day Habilitation Direct Line)
Would you like to be paid for going to community activities such as concerts, ball games, movies, or special events? Do you have some special skill you would like to share?
Day Habilitation is looking for staff to assist with providing individuals we serve opportunities to be part of their community. Hours are evenings and/or week-ends and range from 2-4 hours per activity, depending on the activity. These hours can be as little as one time a month to once a week or more, you decide! We can be flexible with your schedule or available time.
